But if your content, your offer, or even just the way you describe what you do is too advanced, too jargony, or assumes too much awareness (i.e. you’re trying to help them fix a problem they don’t even know they have)… you’re losing people before they even realise they need you.
So your Cloud 9 Clients are thinking
“Oh that’s nice” and scrolling on by and then going to work with the next service provider
Instead of thinking
“OMG she gets me and this is EXACTLY the thing I need help with”
