If I were starting my online business from scratch

Building a successful online business takes time, effort, and a willingness to learn and adapt. So here’s what I’ll do if I were starting my online business from scratch to build a business that I love and that supports my lifestyle.

In this episode, I talk about:

  • Transform your mindset from employee to entrepreneur
  • Focus on building visibility and trust by sprinting to get 500 email subscribers
  • Skip the expensive business cards and pro photoshoots and instead invest in knowledge and skills to move forward
  • Don’t get caught up in small costs for software/hosting, instead, focus on the 99 ways to make money
  • Play the long game and expect failure, keeping your eye on the prize of what’s possible
  • Create a signature program (with or without 1:1 coaching) and reverse engineer the numbers
  • Always keep asking, “What’s next?”
