Applications for the Peace and Profit Mastermind are open, and if you have been watching this one from the sidelines for a while, this is the post that gives you everything you need to decide. I want to walk you through what a mastermind for female business owners actually looks like when it is done properly, who joins Peace and Profit, what happens in your first seven days, what it costs, and how to apply before applications close on 25 September. Some of you have known about Peace and Profit for years. Some of you are hearing about it for the first time. Either way, start here.

What a mastermind for female business owners actually is

Let's be honest, the word mastermind has been stretched to breaking point in the online business world. You have probably been inside a container marketed as a mastermind where you were one of two or three hundred people competing to get a single question answered. A true mastermind is an intimate room. It is small enough that you know the name of every woman in it. You can have real conversations. You can collaborate. You can ask the awkward question about your ad spend or your conversion rate and get a straight answer from women who ran the same play last month. There is a phrase I come back to constantly: the smartest person in the room is the room. That is the whole point. In one-to-one coaching you get one brain. In a large group programme you get a queue. In a mastermind you get the compounding benefit of everyone else's questions, wins, failed experiments and unusual angles. Most of the value I have taken from masterminds over the years has come from questions I did not even know I had.

The part nobody tells you about

I have been in masterminds since 2021. When I moved my business from life coaching into working with other business owners, the thing that hit me hardest was the isolation. I had no network of people working on like-minded things. Nobody to talk shop with at my level. So I joined two masterminds, and several of those women are now my dearest business friends. They are people I DM daily. Three years on, the connection and the friendships are one of the dominant reasons I keep prioritising being in rooms like this. If you have only ever been in enormous containers, or you have only ever done one-to-one coaching, a mastermind might be the thing you have been missing.

What Peace and Profit is

Peace and Profit is a hybrid mastermind and private consulting experience for women scaling a signature group offer. You join for six months, with the option to renew for another six or twelve. Plenty of my clients have stayed for years, which means I end up knowing your business, your patterns, how you self-sabotage and exactly what has and has not worked for you before. It is built for female founders who are course creators, service providers, coaches and experts, and who want one hero scalable signature offer to become the bread and butter of their business. The offer that solidifies your authority. The one that becomes the breadwinning bedrock of everything else you do. What I love most is the sameness of the room. I have been in masterminds alongside real estate agents, campground owners and agency owners, where half the advice did not apply to me or to my stage of business. That does not happen here. Every woman inside Peace and Profit is running an online business. We are all doing content, launches, webinars, conversion events, paid ads and simple funnels. We are all doing it around kids, puppies, renovations and the million other things happening in our lives. I am recording this from the pool room, by the way, because we have walls being knocked down in the main house and a puppy who has opinions about it. That is the reality of this work, and I suspect you can relate.

The three types of women who join Peace and Profit

There are three broad groups who apply, and most women see themselves immediately.

1. The expert with an audience she has not monetised properly

You have spent years building your audience and your expertise. You might have 20,000, 50,000, even 200,000 followers. You are past convincing anyone you know your stuff. What you want now is for that audience to translate into bigger authority and calmer money. Launches that are rinse and repeat. Funnels doing the heavy lifting. An offer structure that is more premium and more lucrative. You are likely at six figures already and you can feel that multiple six figures is available to you with fewer moving parts and far more predictable revenue. I see this often with big-audience experts sitting on a stack of low-priced offers, exhausted from starting every month at zero and hustling for ManyChat comments. Much of our work together is consolidating you into the expert on one specific thing, then pricing that properly. 2. The premium provider who wants her group offer to lead

Your revenue currently comes from one-to-one or done-for-you work. You might be a career coach, a therapist, a graphic designer, a consultant. You have decided you want your hero offer to be a group offer. You are not giving up your one-to-one income, you have just stopped wanting to be reliant on it. You want the group offer doing the heavy lifting so you can take on only the dreamiest one-to-one clients. You want lunch on a Friday, every school pickup, and a calendar that is not wall to wall Zoom. 3. The founder whose signature offer has gone flat

You already have the hero offer. A mastermind, a course, a group coaching programme. It works, or it used to. 2026 sales are not looking like 2023 sales. You are messing around with low-ticket bits and pieces, $67 here and $67 there, and the juice has stopped being worth the squeeze. You want your launches to fire again, you want a signature offer that actually pays the bills and brings in recurring revenue, and you want all the parts working together instead of against each other. The other reasons women apply

Beyond the three profiles, there are four things I hear over and over. You want more money. You are hovering between $50,000 and $100,000 and you have decided it is time for multiple six figures. What you need is a rock solid game plan for exactly how that happens. You want clarity. Should it be a webinar or a challenge? A membership or a group programme? What goes on the back end as your continuity offer? Where is your webinar going wrong? What on earth is happening in Ads Manager? You want someone to give you the answers so you stop going in circles, including the circles you go in with AI. You want your time back. Figuring everything out yourself is costing you ten or more hours a week. You have worked out that there is never a great time and life does not settle down. You want to be supported through a busy season. This one I learnt the hard way. Two years ago I assumed that a season of lower capacity meant stepping back and waiting for things to calm down. That decision cost me. I ended up more exhausted because I was less supported. Fourteen months ago I made the opposite call in the middle of a renovation, and my words for 2026 are fully supported. The shortcut when life is busy is more support, not less. If you want to scale revenue, simplify, get clarity and reclaim ten hours a week, the question worth asking is why you would wait to have those things.

You get me in your pocket. Voice note me any time, from any time zone, and I reply within 24 hours and usually within a few hours. No waiting for a call. No waiting for the calendars to line up. Brittany joined and launched a new funnel that made $30,000 in her first month, then kept making sales from that same funnel every month afterwards. Nat seven-timesed her sales page conversion rate after I audited it line by line. Alice went from one sale of her signature programme to fifty in eight weeks. Chantelle made five sales of her new signature offer in her first month inside the mastermind. Sit with those numbers against your own. What does seven times your current conversion rate look like in your business? What does a $30,000 month without a major launch do to your year?

The investment

Six months in Peace and Profit is $1,500 AUD per month. That is roughly $1,000 USD or $1,500 CAD per month. If your signature offer is priced at $2,000, fewer than five sales covers your investment for the whole six months. That maths is the reason I price it where I do. How to apply

I take a deliberately small number of women each intake. At the time I recorded the episode there were five places left in this cohort, and some may already be gone. Applications are open until 25 September, or until every place is filled. You can book a call with me, or send me a DM on Instagram if calls are not your thing and we can talk it through there. Either way, I will learn more about your business to work out whether this is the right fit. If it is not, I will point you towards what or who I think will serve you better.
