Peace + Profit FAQs

If you’ve been listening to the podcast lately, you’ll know applications are open for the last Peace and Profit cohort of 2026, and my DMs have been full of brilliant questions from women seriously weighing up whether this is their next move. I’ve spoken with some absolute rock stars this week, so I’ve pulled every question into one place. If you’re looking for a mastermind for female entrepreneurs who are already established and ready to scale, here’s everything you need to know about how Peace and Profit works, who it’s for, and whether now is your moment.

What is the Peace and Profit Mastermind?

The Peace and Profit Mastermind is a six-month mastermind for female founders. You might call yourself a coach, a course creator or a consultant. You might not resonate with any of those titles and simply be the person everyone calls in your industry because you know your stuff.

Most women who join have been in the online space for five to ten years. They’re sitting somewhere between $50,000 and $200,000 a year, with an audience and authority already built. Some have a one-to-one calendar that’s full to bursting. Others are already launching courses and have had great launches. All of them have hit the same point. For the reputation and expertise they’ve built, they want the juice to finally be worth the squeeze. That usually means $250,000 to $500,000 a year, in a business that still leaves room for a life.

A hybrid of one-to-one and mastermind

Peace and Profit sits somewhere between one-to-one consulting and a mastermind. It’s capped and intimate, so you’ll never be one of 100 faces on a Zoom grid. I get to know you and your business deeply: your goals, your numbers, the hiccups. That continuity is why so many women stay for eighteen months, two years, even three. The strategy compounds when the person advising you already knows the whole picture.

You can read the full details on the Peace and Profit Mastermind page.

What happens when you join

As soon as you’re in, I go through your business end to end. Your offers. The hours you’re spending on client delivery and content creation. Your content itself, your sales engine and your leads engine. I’m looking for gaps.

The goal is to make everything you already do far more effective, so the extra revenue comes from smarter moves with no extra hours required. If you want a feel for how I think about this, I’ve written about growing a coaching business while working less.

Why one signature offer becomes the hero of your business

The women I work with have full lives. Some travel with their families. Some homeschool. Some have charity work they care deeply about, and some are managing chronic illness. Whatever full looks like for you, you probably want a business that’s simple, scalable, spacious and wildly successful all at once.

The fastest way I know to build that is with one mid to high ticket signature offer, like a mastermind or a premium online course, positioned as the hero of everything you do. Everything else feeds around it.

Usually that means premium offers on the back end. Some of your audience may never even know these exist. They might be consulting or one-to-one containers, or premium continuity and alumni offers that bring in consistent, substantial revenue. On the front end you’ll have a leads engine, which might be a feeder funnel or a rolling webinar. It’s all personalised to you, and it all carries the same flavour: scaling with a signature offer at the centre.

If you’re still deciding where your price point should sit, I’ve broken down the low ticket versus high ticket business model in detail.

Why the room matters in a mastermind for female entrepreneurs

Every woman inside Peace and Profit is established and an expert in what she does. They’re all growing online businesses, and they all have a similar understanding of funnels, launching and webinars. That makes every conversation more potent. You get to lean on the questions other members ask, including the ones you didn’t know you had yet.

There’s real power in bringing together women with similar values who are working on the same things at the same level. To join, you’d want to be making at least $50,000 a year, though most women are sitting around $100,000 to $150,000 when they come in.

When is the next intake?

The current intake is our last official cohort for 2026. The next official cohort begins in February 2027, and there’s already strong interest in that one.

Applying doesn’t lock you in. It’s a confidential process, and I’ll be open and honest with you about whether I think the mastermind is the right container for you.

Should you join a mastermind for female entrepreneurs now or wait until February?

This is the question I’ve had most. February feels like new year, new energy, new everything. So here’s how I’d think about it.

Look past where you are right now and ask yourself where you want to be in February. If you’re anything like the women I work with, you’ve had a big year. You’ve worked hard. When life is full, it feels natural to pull back on support and pull back on the business.

You’re probably also looking forward to the December and January school break. We slow down over Christmas inside the mastermind too, and you receive extra time added to your contract to make up for it, so holidays aren’t a reason to wait.

The business you’ll have in December, January, February and March gets built right now. This is when we sow the seeds. We map your revenue runway through the break so you can come into the new year with a strong launch. We put the systems in place, the revenue in place and the launch runway in place, so you can properly rest and still have money coming in.

The end-of-year mistake that cost me half a year

Back in 2022 or 2023, I was exhausted and burnt out, and I took my foot right off the pedal at the end of the year. I came into February with so much catch-up to do that it took me until June to recover. I spent the first half of that year chasing, feeling further behind, then chasing again.

So if you’re deciding between now and February, ask yourself this. Do you already have a plan for December and January that lets you take a real break?

Capacity grows when you’re held

Over the last few years I’ve renovated a house, changed my kids’ schools, shut down one business and started another, all while running a construction business. The biggest lesson from all of it? We keep believing we need to build more capacity and absorb more. I’m so over that conversation.

Your capacity grows when you’re held more. When you’re well resourced and well supported in life and business, you can carry more without forcing it. Women are told to do it all, so we take on more and more, then wonder why we’re exhausted. Running a business as a committee of one is a strange way to live. If you want a full life and a full business, the shortcut is support. Going around in circles on your own at 10pm costs you far more.

You can probably tell where I land. My recommendation is to join now, set yourself up for a genuine rest over the break, and walk into the new year prepared and ready to go.

I don’t have a signature offer yet. Can I still join?

Yes. Plenty of women join with full businesses and waitlists and no signature offer at all. You don’t need to already be a course creator.

From a four-month waitlist to a rolling funnel

Nat came into the mastermind with a four-month waitlist for her one-to-one work. Her demand was so strong that it was clearly time for a scalable offer. Together we built a rolling monthly funnel, with a paid workshop that leads into her signature offer. That front-end workshop is ROAS positive, so it makes money before anyone buys the main offer, and both the workshop and the launch run on repeat. It’s brought in $15,000 to $20,000 without her throwing away her one-to-one work or spending endless hours on delivery.

If that sounds like where you are right now, you’ll find more on how to transition from 1:1 into a signature online course.

A semi-scalable offer with million-dollar potential

Jess is a highly sought-after consultant for businesses turning over $5 million to $10 million. We’ve built a semi-scalable offer for workplaces around honouring diversity, and it’s poised to become a million-dollar offer.

From low ticket products to a signature programme

Revie came to me with a Shopify store full of low ticket products, including a gratitude challenge and recipe books, and she wanted to cement her expertise in the fitness space. Within weeks we had her programme launched, with hundreds of people in the first round, and she launched it twice more that year.

Mel Rye is a top seller on Skillshare, and we’ve worked together for more than a year. We created Nurture, a mid-ticket online course with support that helps people find their creative voice and style, and use art as a fulfilling outlet.

Most women arrive with a solid grasp of online business. They’ve created offers before, whether done for you, done with you, coaching or one-to-one. Many have dabbled in ads and written sales pages. The signature offer is usually the missing piece. If you want to see that process step by step, here’s how to create a signature coaching program.

When are the live calls?

Call times are set to suit different time zones. In the UK, your call lands in the morning just after school drop-off. In the US, it’s around dinner time. In Australia, you choose whichever suits you. Nobody is on a 3am call.

There are three calls a month, and I strongly recommend prioritising the two hot seat calls. That said, this mastermind doesn’t hinge on showing up live. You have daily coaching access with me in Slack, in your own time zone, with a guaranteed 24-hour response. Most of the time I reply within an hour or two, so we can coach back and forth in real time. You also get quarterly one-to-one calls (at this stage, and I won’t offer these forever) and a written strategy prepared by me.

How much access do I actually get to you?

This one usually comes from women who’ve joined big group programmes labelled as masterminds. The coach didn’t know their name, the calls were huge, and getting a question answered felt like a fight. That’s not how Peace and Profit runs.

Is it me running the calls? Yes. I’m open to bringing on a support coach one day if I find the unicorn I love. The mastermind is, and always will be, me coaching and consulting with you. I hold your one-to-one calls, I prepare your scale strategy, I run the hot seat calls and I answer your Slack messages.

If you want a container that’s intimate, bespoke and personalised to you, alongside a small group of women scaling right beside you, that’s exactly what this is.

How to apply for the Peace and Profit Mastermind

When you apply, you’re opening the door to a conversation. You’ll share some context about your business so I can see whether you’re someone I can get results for, and we’ll talk about what the mastermind could look like for you. There’s no obligation to join.
