If you've been circling a business mastermind for women and wondering what you'd actually get for your money, this one is for you. Applications for the Peace and Profit Mastermind are open right now, and this is our final cohort for 2026. So I want to walk you through every single thing that's included, how it works week to week, and why it looks so different to the courses, coaching programs and masterminds you may have already invested in.
Because let's be honest, most of the women who come to me have already bought the course. They've done the group program. Some have been in two or three masterminds. They're smart, they implement, and they're still sitting at their desk trying to work out which of the hundred possible next steps is the right one.
That's the gap Peace and Profit is built to close.
A Hybrid Online Business Mastermind (With 1:1 Built In)
In its current form, Peace and Profit is a hybrid. It's part one-to-one, part mastermind, part group coaching. I work part-time hours and freedom is one of my core values, so I can't sit on one-to-one calls all day. For a limited time, though, every woman who joins receives a quarterly one-to-one call with me. Here's what that looks like if you joined this week.Step one: your application
You fill in a short questionnaire so I can see where your business is right now and whether you're the type of woman I get results for inside the mastermind. Peace and Profit is designed for established business owners, usually already making $5k to $20k a month, who want to scale a signature group offer. If that's you, we either hop on a call or chat back and forth at a time that suits your time zone, and I answer every question you have.Step two: I build your plan before we meet
Once you're in, you tell me what your current offers are and what your goals are. Then I go away and do the thinking. I look at your socials, your offers and your numbers, and I write out exactly how I believe you'll reach your goals in the fastest, most probable and easiest way. That plan covers things like:- What your numbers and metrics need to look like
- Which sales assets we need to get up and running first
- Which offer (or offers) will be the vehicle that gets you to your revenue goal
- The major milestones you're aiming for this quarter
Step three: your first one-to-one call
We go through the plan together. Anything that doesn't feel right, we tweak. You ask me everything you want to ask. And most women leave that first call with an overwhelming sense of relief, because the thousand options they were juggling have been narrowed down to one clear path. Every quarter after that, we meet again. We look at what worked, what didn't, what you want to achieve next, and I give you the checklist for the next big rocks to knock off.Fortnightly Hot Seat Calls That Stay Small
Twice a month you get a 90-minute group coaching call, and every call comes with a guaranteed hot seat. You get dedicated coaching time with me every single session. We cap these calls at 10 people, and most of the time there are six to eight women on each one. That size matters. It means the coaching goes deep, and it means you get to know the other women in the room. Everyone in Peace and Profit is scaling a signature, scalable offer suite, usually in part-time hours, in an online business. So when someone else is in the hot seat, you're hearing answers to the questions you didn't know you had yet. Plenty of women take as many notes during other people's hot seats as they do during their own. Every call is transcribed and timestamped, so you can rewatch, search for the bit you need, or drop the transcript into Claude or whatever AI tool you use and pull out your own insights. And because we run calls across multiple time zones, you'll never be dragging yourself to a 3am session.Material Audits: The Part Most Programs Skip
This is hands down one of the most powerful parts of the mastermind. Every two weeks, you can submit a piece of your work for me to review line by line. That might be a sales page, launch emails, a nurture sequence, a VSL or VSL script, a podcast episode, your content plan, Instagram or YouTube content. Whatever you're working on, I'll audit it. Think about the courses and programs you've done before. You implemented to the best of your ability. But who checked your work? Who told you where the gaps were, or which parts of your sales page were actively working against you?The sales page that converted seven times better
One of my clients, Nat, submitted her sales page for an audit. Her clients are busy women dealing with a lot of overwhelm. When I went through the page, I realised the page itself was adding to that overwhelm. People were landing on it and feeling more of the exact thing they wanted to escape. So we rebuilt it to do the opposite. We made it feel like relief: a simple plan, expert guidance, and a clear sense that this was the thing that would make life easier. That page went on to convert seven times better. Now imagine that level of refinement across every asset in your business. You get 12 audits as part of the mastermind. You can keep launching and getting the same results over and over, or you can get the feedback that tells you exactly what to change and gets you there faster. If your launches keep landing in the same spot, I've written about what to look at after a launch that didn't hit the mark and why so many online businesses stall. Both are worth a read alongside this one.An On-Demand Library of Trainings, AI Tools and Templates
Inside the mastermind you'll find a full library of trainings, AI tools, cheat sheets and swipe files. It's designed so you can dip in, grab what you need and get back to work. You don't need to start at module one and slog through to module ten. Your personal plan already tells you what you need to focus on, so you cherry-pick the resources that will save you the most time. There's a lot in there, including:- A Black Friday flash sale plan
- Launch email templates
- Conversion event trainings
- Waitlist page and sales page templates
- AI and automation trainings, including how to write prompts that deliver genuinely useful output
