2026 Update: If I had 1 year to make $100k from my Group Offer, here’s the 5 things I’d do

If I had 12 months to make $100,000 from a scalable group offer in 2026, this is exactly what I’d do. Not theorise. Do. It’s what I’ve already done twice in two different businesses, and it’s what my Mastermind clients are doing right now.

Five moves. If your scalable offer exists but isn’t yet at six figures, you’ll spot which one you’re skipping.

1. Choose a mid to high ticket group program

I’d build something priced at a minimum of $500, all the way up to $10,000 depending on niche and delivery. If your offer is completely hands off, $2,000 to $3,000 is your ceiling. If you’re willing to add proximity, like one to one calls or personalised assets, you can comfortably price at $5,000 plus.

Do the maths on $100,000 at $97 versus $2,000 versus $5,000. Fewer units, fewer leads, less marketing exhaustion. The premium path is almost always the easier path to six figures.

2. Make sure the offer has actual profit potential

Profit potential means three things line up. You’re solving a problem your cloud nine client has, the problem keeps them up at night, and they’re willing to pay a premium to solve it. The third one is where most offers fall over, and it’s almost always a who problem.

I had a client called Emma who taught emotional regulation to teachers. Great content. But teachers rarely spend their own money on professional development. So we made two changes. We packaged the self paced version to be sold in bulk to schools. Then we built a higher ticket group coaching program positioned for educators wanting to step into leadership roles, principal level, executive level. Same transformation. Different buyer. She had 80 expressions of interest for the beta round.

3. Run sales segue events as often as possible

A sales segue is the thing that bridges your free content and your paid offer. Webinar, challenge, workshop, low ticket entry. The minimum is four per year, traditional launch style. The clients growing fastest are running them weekly, fortnightly, or monthly through what I call a rolling and regulated funnel.

Stop measuring success by Instagram likes or lead magnet downloads. Measure it by how many people you can move through your sales segue.

4. Leave no money on the table

Under $100k, most of your revenue needs to be reinvested. Ads, partnerships, hiring. If you take too much out as wages too early, you’ll bonsai your business. Real wage taking happens between $200k and $500k, not before.

So while you’re under six figures, capture every dollar you can. If your launch converts at 2%, that’s 98 people who didn’t buy. What’s your plan? Order bumps. Upsells. Post launch sequences for the unconverted. A premium ascension offer for your hottest buyers. Most people have none of this in place and the revenue is sitting there.

5. Focus your freed up energy on top of funnel

If you’ve done the first four, your delivery is leveraged and your sales segues are running. That means your time and energy can finally pour into Instagram, your podcast, your authority content, your audience growth.

Most people get this order wrong. They obsess over top of funnel before fixing the engine room, then wonder why a growing audience isn’t growing revenue. Build the engine first. Then pour fuel on top. And when your organic content is consistent, your Meta ads get cheaper. By a lot. I’ve broken that down in the real truth behind how I became so good at Instagram ads.
